Fundsupermart.com investors who opened an account with us will be requested to participate in an exercise upon login on our website.
Upon login, investors will be led to a webpage which will prompt them to update their account details, including their email address, contact number, mailing address, and employment status. Once these fields have been updated, you can proceed to your normal account activities. This exercise helps to update your details with us, so that you can receive all emails and mails related to transactions and other issues, including:

Emails are sent to investors when a transaction order is placed, when the payment is received, and when the order is priced
e-monthly statements will be sent should you have any transaction in a particular month
Annual physical statements are mailed to all account holders
Investors will be contacted via their contact number immediately should there be any urgent matter pertaining to their transactions
Employment Details
In compliance with MAS regulations, the Notice on Prevention of Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism, requires investors to update your current employment status
