Your First Issue Please allow a processing time of 4 - 10 weeks for delivery of the first issue for orders received just after the latest issue has been mailed. Otherwise, issues will usually be mailed to you about 10 days after they are published. Cancellation & Refunds To cancel your subscription, please send an email to subscribe@fundsupermart.com Upon cancellation, you will get a refund for all unserved issues via a cheque that will be mailed to an address stated by you. All delivered magazines are non-refundable. Missing/late/duplicate issues Please notify Fundsupermart.com by sending an email to subscribe@fundsupermart.com if you have not received an issue or issues, the issues are persistently late or you have received duplicate issues. Risk of Loss and Damaged Goods Fundsupermart.com is committed to sending every issue of the magazine to you via the Singapore postal service. However, we cannot ensure that magazines will not be lost or stolen from post boxes and as such, we will not be able to replace such issues. If an issue was undelivered due to an error on the part of Fundsupermart.com, we will extend your subscription by an additional copy.
