Client Services Executive - 1 Year Contract (Renewable)

Responsibilities

• To handle walk-in clients on account opening and general transaction-related enquires / issues


• To manage Fundsupermart’s reception area


• To make follow up calls / emails to customers on:
  
  
  
  • account applications including rejection cases
  
  
  • transfer in and transfer out requests / issues
  
  
  • compliance related enquires such as ECDD and 3rd party payments
  
  
  • platinum club members' declaration status
  
  
  • address update requests
  
  
  • undelivered mails
  
  


• To assist in general administrative duties e.g:




• mailing of forms to clients


• courier service arrangement for internal departments

Requirements

• Minimun ‘O’ Levels. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  
• Working experience in customer service will be an advantage
  
• Service oriented and able to communicate effectively with all levels of people
  
• Self motivated and posses initiative
  
• Pleasant personality with positive attitude
  
• Able to work independently and work as a team
  
• Ability to converse in English and Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
  

Other Information

Research Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on financial markets
  
• Perform analysis and due diligence on mutual funds (unit trusts)
  
• Write original articles on equity/bond markets, mutual funds and investments
  
• Assist with asset allocation and portfolio construction decisions
  

Requirements

• A good degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Accountancy or Engineering with less than 2 years of working experience in equity / market research
  
• Proficient in written English
  
• Strong presentation skills in both English and Chinese
  
• Analytical with good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as be a team player
  
• Keen interest in investing

System Engineer - 1 yr contract, convertible to perm

Responsibilities

• Support Windows systems and Network Infrastructure
  
• Perform system upgrades, troubleshooting and performance tuning
  
• Undertake any other adhoc projects as assigned by the Director from time to time
  

Requirements

• Good Degree/Diploma in Computer/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Computer Science
  
• Experience in administering Windows Active Directory, File and Print Services, WSUS, Hyper-V and Anti-Virus server
  
• Experience in managing Cisco network (switches, routers and firewalls)
  
• Prior experience in network support will be advantageous
  
• Conversant in both English and Chinese language

Finance Assistant

Responsibilities

• Report to Group Finance Manager
  
• Assist in monthly accounts closing and reporting
  
• Able to handle full set of accounts
  
• Process payment including cheques issuance
  
• Perform monthly reconciliations
  
• Prepare audit schedules and fixed assets register
  

Requirements

• LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
