(a) Incorporated in Singapore

All the following documents must be certified true copies by a director of the company or the relevant authority/registry.

1. Corporate Account Opening Form
2. An updated Biz file instant information print-out (within 3 months from the date of submission)
   (https://www.psi.gov.sg/NASApp/tmf/TMFServlet?app=RCB-BIZFILE-LOGIN-1B)
3. Memorandum & Articles of Association
4. Board Resolution for application and usage of investment account
   • Represented on company letterhead
   • Specimen signatures of the representative(s) authorized to operate the investment account
   • Must be signed by 2 Directors OR 1Director and 1 Company Secretary
   • Affix company stamp
5. Photocopy of NRIC/Passport of the following persons:
   • All representatives authorized to operate the investment account
   • All Directors
   • All substantial¹ shareholders

(b) Incorporated in countries other than Singapore

All the following documents must be certified true copies by a Notary Public² or lawyer.

1. Corporate Account Opening Form
2. Certificate of Incorporation
   • Please include certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name (if applicable)
3. Memorandum & Articles of Association
4. Board Resolution for application and usage of investment account
   • Represented on company letterhead
   • Specimen signatures of the representative(s) authorized to operate the investment account
   • Must be signed by 2 Directors OR 1 Director and 1 Company Secretary
   • Affix company stamp
5. Photocopy of NRIC/Passport of the following persons:
   • All representatives authorized to operate the investment account
   • All Directors
   • All substantial¹ shareholders

   For companies incorporated in tax haven countries like British Virgin Islands, Samoa, Cayman Islands etc., the following additional documents must be submitted:

6. Certificate of Good Standing by the Registrar of Companies (of the country of incorporation)
7. Certificate of Incumbency by the Registered Agent

(c) Unincorporated - Sole proprietorships, partnerships, clubs, societies and charities

All the following documents must be certified true copies by the sole proprietor, partner or person from the entity’s decision making authority/relevant authorities.

1. Corporate Account Opening Form
2. Certificate of Partnership or Certificate of Registration, as appropriate
3. A resolution of the entity’s decision making body, authorizing the named person(s) to act on behalf of the customer (for partnerships, authorized by all partners to act on their behalf)
4. Constitutional documents regulating the power to bind the customer³
5. Photocopy of NRIC/Passport of the following persons:
   • All representatives authorized to operate the investment account
   • All partners or persons having executive authority over the customer³
   • All beneficial owners⁴(if any)

¹ Shareholding of 5% or more.
² Notary public is a legal and admin office to attest deeds, witness certain documents, administer oaths etc.
³ Refers to the incorporated/unincorporated company.
⁴ Beneficial owner means any individual who has a level of control over, or entitlement to, the funds or assets in the account that, as a practical matter, enables the individual, directly or indirectly, to control, manage or direct the account.

The investment account will be created upon receipt of the necessary documentation. An e-mail will be sent once the account is ready. To access the account, a login ID and password are required. By default, the login ID will be the company's Registration Number. You will receive the password by mail within a week after the e-mail.
